Please be advised that Rei das Praias does not provide a private tender service for yacht pick-ups and drop-offs. However, we are happy to assist you once you arrive. Please coordinate your arrival with the restaurant or with us, the beach staff, who will be on hand to help you disembark safely at the shore. Please don’t forget to show your appreciation with a tip for the crew’s assistance.
Before you book, check in with the charter company and have a quick word with the skipper on the day. Sometimes the sea is too rough to land. The folks at Rei das Praias Restaurant can also let you know if it’s a go or not.
If you are on a bareboat charter and are unfamiliar with the local waters, we strongly advise you to request the restaurant’s assistance for your pick-up and drop-off. Please do not risk your safety or the integrity of your vessel.
Furthermore, please be aware that Praia dos Caneiros does not have a designated boat channel (navigation corridor). To avoid heavy fines or the potential seizure of your boat by maritime authorities, it is essential to coordinate your arrival with the beach staff.
